One-time orders over $50 ship FREE. One-time orders of $50 or less have a flat $10 delivery charge. The threshold applies after discounts, before tax. Subscriptions always ship free. Applicable tax is shown by Square before payment. Delivery availability depends on the address supplied.

Because coffee is a food product, opened coffee cannot be returned for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or unusable, contact us within seven days with your order number and a photo so we can review your request for a refund or replacement. Email kudosandkollc@gmail.com to request a refund or exchange before returning anything. Customers cover return postage for change-of-mind returns. Damaged or incorrect merchandise should be reported within seven days.
Subscribe & Save 10% with deliveries every 2 weeks. Subscriptions renew every 2 weeks. Pause or cancel anytime by contacting SIP before your next renewal. Contact us to change your coffee, grind or delivery details. A request made after renewal may apply to the next delivery.
