Who operates SIP

SIP Coffee Roaster is operated by Kudos and Ko Inc. You can contact us at kudosandkollc@gmail.com or 470-579-0994.

Payments and orders

Purchases leave this website and are completed through Square. Square collects and processes the contact, shipping and payment information needed to complete your order under its own privacy practices. SIP receives the order and customer information needed for fulfillment, support, records and fraud prevention. SIP does not receive your full payment-card number.

Website enquiries

Our contact and wholesale forms collect the details you enter, such as your name, email, phone, business information and message. The website sends these directly to our SIP mailbox using our email provider. We retain enquiries in that mailbox as needed to respond and maintain business records. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

The SIP list and reviews

If you join our mailing list, we store your email, consent, confirmation and offer-use records securely with our website hosting provider. We send confirmation emails and SIP news you have agreed to receive from info@sipcoffeeroaster.com through our email service. Each signup email includes a link to unsubscribe. We also notify the SIP team when you request to join. Square payment notifications let us verify website purchases and send a review invitation. Reviews are optional; only the display name, rating and review you submit are published. Marketing signup is separate from buying or reviewing coffee.

Technical information

Our hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, device, browser, requested page and time for security, reliability and performance. We do not currently offer website customer accounts.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information SIP holds about you, request a reasonable correction or deletion, or opt out of non-transactional messages by contacting us. Some records may need to be kept for legal, tax, security or transaction purposes.
