Business and payments

SIP Coffee Roaster is operated by Kudos and Ko Inc. Orders and recurring payments are processed by Square. The operator name “Kudos and Ko Inc.” may therefore appear at checkout, on receipts or on your payment statement.

Product information

We work to keep descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate. Coffee is an agricultural product, and sensory experience may vary by harvest, brewing method, water and equipment. Product availability and prices may change before an order is accepted.

Orders

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed through Square. Customers are responsible for supplying accurate contact, grind and delivery information. Contact us promptly about an error; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Subscriptions

Our currently available subscriptions renew every two weeks through Square until cancelled. Coffee costs $26.10 for 250 g, $35.10 for 500 g or $53.10 for 1 kg per delivery, saving 10% against a one-time purchase. Subscriptions always ship free. Your recurring total and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Use the management link in your Square subscription confirmation email for available self-service options, or contact SIP for help. Changes made after renewal may apply to a later delivery.

Shipping

One-time orders of $50 and under have a $10 flat delivery charge. One-time orders over $50 ship free. This threshold is measured after discounts and before tax. Subscriptions always ship free. Delivery timing is awaiting confirmation — contact SIP before placing a time-sensitive order.

First-order offer

Confirm your email signup to receive a unique 10% code for your first one-time coffee order. The offer excludes subscriptions, merchandise, shipping and tax, cannot be combined with other offers and is limited to one use. Marketing emails can be stopped using the unsubscribe link.

Price changes

The price confirmed at checkout applies to that order. If a subscription price changes, we will notify you before the affected renewal so you can cancel before the new price applies.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, SIP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or an order. This does not limit our responsibility for fraud, deliberate misconduct or other liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Store imagery

Store images, formats and menus on this website present SIP’s brand and customer experience. Current operating locations are identified by a published address and service details.
